View from Bleeker

My work is inspired by the vibrancy of my surroundings; the movement of light in the sky and it's ever changing mood fascinates me.
In this scene overlooking Port Jefferson, I want to convey the expanse of the dramatic sky, and its reflection in the water.
By using loose brush-strokes and mark-making I hope the viewer can feel the passionate atmosphere of the moment.
