I love this tree, I've painted it before but this is after my workshop with Nancie King Mertz which gave me new tools. I drove over to that site just yesterday to visit my old friend, it had been a couple of months. The sun was hitting her in the morning light, she was fabulous! I took her photo - again - and came home to pay my tribute.
