Red Eye and Perch

Pastels. Almost a limit of perch and a bonus rock bass from ice fishing in Michigan. After I dumped the 5 gallon bucket of fish into the sink in preparation of cleaning many delicious perch dinners, I thought this might make an interesting painting. I rearranged the fish and took several photos. The photos were forgotten for years and I recently remembered and decided to paint it. My largest pastel painting to date.
