this is a soft pastel of my dog, Zeb. I had been away from painting for a while, moved and waited for my studio to be finished. I took the photo of him looking out the window in the sun and thought i need to capture this. I was afraid to start, it had been a long while, but once I put pastel to paper, it flowed.
