April Morning Light is rendered from my own photograph, taken this spring in my back yard in Yamhill County, Oregon. In particular here, I am looking for beauty within the limitations of shelter in place quarantine rules. I am inspired by working with my experience in the landscape in real time, which I take into the studio.
