Seeking The Light was created with all the colors of white in mind. Depending on how much or little light is landing on a white object, in this case a daisy, the colors can range from bright white to deep purple. The surface is UART 800, but thinned liquid gesso was also applied for more texture. My inspiration for this painting was a field of daisies which were following the sun. They were Seeking The Light!
